COTTON WAVE DESIGNS is being setup with an aim to serve the growing needs of the buyers to produce garments in India easily. We have around 20 strong sub-contractors in knits and (http://maplered.com) 10 sub-contractors in woven with an annual capacity of 15 lakh pieces per annum. TENCEL: Tencel jersey, Lycra/tencel, fabrics
GARMENT WASH:
We are specialized in sourcing garments with several finishes like, Peach wash, Crushwash, Ice wash, Moon wash, Enzyme wash, Dirty wash, Stone (http://g603.net) wash, snow ball wash, acid wash.
GARMENT DYEING
We are also specialized in Pigment, reactive dyeing in knits and (http://maplered.com) wovens. It includes specialty knits with low GSM as low as 110 Gsm.
PRINTS
Discharge prints, dry discharge, pigment, Non-pvc, water print, transferprint,batik print, etc.

We have worked with all kinds of embroideries, beads, Stone (http://g603.net) s, sequencing, and (http://maplered.com) other embellishments.
We have the potential to develop any sample from short from short duration as low as 4 days to 15 days, except the garment dyed which needs 20 days. We can make the fit sample in the third day from the date of receipt of the Sample order sheet. On the third day of receipt of the fit comment we can deliver the Proto sample. On the day 15,from the date of receipt of the comment, we can dispatch the Sales man samples, in actual fabric and (http://maplered.com) trims. For garment dyed, we can make in 20 days. We have a systematic follow-up for the sampling activities.
